USDA Choice product. Product originates from only Angus cattle, born, raised, and fed in the United States. Personally selected daily using our live animal and carcass verification program.
USDA Select product. Product is personally selected daily from Select Product with a higher marbling score. Product originates from only Angus cattle, born, raised, and fed in the United States.
Product with a High Marbling Score originating from only Angus cattle, born and raised in the United States. Personally selected daily using our live animal and carcass verification program.
All grades of beef and ground beef, humanely harvested according to Islamic rites and certified by an internationally accredited Halal organization. Harvested from only humanely treated cattle born and raised in the United States.
USDA Choice product with a modest or higher marbling score. Cattle must be Angus-influenced, with a predominantly solid black coat, and only with “A” maturity qualify.
